Product Usage and License Activation:
- Once the product is purchased and installation is complete, the product’s usage rights are activated. Therefore, no cancellations, refunds, or license terminations will be accepted after this activation.
- The license becomes fully active after installation, and from that point onward, the product is considered to be in use.

- If there are any issues with the installation or functionality of the product, our team will provide full support. However, such issues should be reported within the first 12 hours. Requests made after this period for refunds or license cancellations will not be accepted.
- We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If there’s an issue with the product, we will work with the customer to find an appropriate solution, but returns or cancellations will not be possible once the installation is completed.
